Smartsheet exports sheets and reports to Excel. Save the sheet as CSV and Akollo imports up to 5,000 rows per file, with a dry run first.

- **Export from Smartsheet** — Export your projects and tasks from Smartsheet as a CSV file.
- **Map the columns** — In Akollo, match each column to a work item field. A key column updates items you imported before.
- **Dry run first** — See how many items would be created, updated or skipped before anything is written.

### Does Akollo need an add-on for resource planning?

No. Capacity, timesheets and budgets are part of Akollo. In Smartsheet, full resource planning and time tracking come with Resource Management.

### Can we import our sheets?

Yes. Export the sheet to Excel, save it as CSV, map the columns to Akollo fields and check the dry run before importing.

### Where is Akollo's data stored?
