## One assistant across every module

Press ⌘J or Ctrl+J on any page. The assistant answers from the records you can open and names its sources.

- **What should I do today?** — Reads your queue: approvals, assigned and overdue items, each linked to its list.
- **/plan a customer portal relaunch** — Drafts epics, stories and tasks with estimate ranges. Nothing is created until you choose Create.
- **/free next week** — Free hours per person, with leave shown only as “on leave”.
- **Did I miss time anywhere?** — Lists recent days with less time than your working hours and suggests tasks. You confirm any entry.

It never changes anything on its own: every change waits for a person to confirm it.

## Questions about Akollo's modules

### Do we have to use every module?

No. Administrators decide which modules each person can use, so you can start with projects and time tracking and add the rest later. Every module reads the same projects, people and hours.

### Can Akollo run on our own servers?

Yes. Akollo runs in our cloud, in your own cloud or on your own servers, and the AI assistant can use a local model inside your network.

### How does the AI assistant use our data?

It works only with what the person asking is allowed to see, names the sources behind each answer and changes nothing until someone confirms.
