Website terms of use

Last updated:

These terms apply to your use of the akollo.com website. By using the website you accept them. They do not cover the Akollo product itself: an organisation's use of Akollo is governed by the agreement it signs with us.

1.Who we are

The website is operated by Akollo (“Akollo”, “we”).

2.What the website is for

akollo.com describes the Akollo product, lets you ask for a demo or contact us, and links to our documentation and to the sign-in page of the product.

Signing in at app.akollo.com, and any use of the product, is subject to your organisation's agreement with Akollo, the product's own terms and your organisation's policies, not to these website terms.

3.Using the website fairly

When you use the website, please do not:

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
  • disrupt the website, for example by overloading it or sending malicious code;
  • send false information through our forms, or send information about another person without the right to do so;
  • use the website in a way that breaks the law.

4.Intellectual property

The text, screenshots, graphics, the Akollo name and logo and the design of the website belong to Akollo or its licensors and are protected by law.

You may view, print and share pages for your own information and for evaluating Akollo inside your organisation. Any other copying, changing or commercial use needs our written permission.

5.Accuracy of content

We work to keep the website accurate, but its content is general information about the product and may change as the product changes. Some capabilities are described as planned; they are not part of the current release until we say so.

The website is provided “as is”. Nothing on it is an offer, a guarantee of a particular result or a binding description of what you will receive; what you receive is set in your agreement with us.

6.Links to other websites

The website may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices; a link does not mean we endorse them.

7.Liability

To the extent Turkish law allows, Akollo is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

8.Personal data

How we handle personal data on the website is explained in our privacy notice, KVKK information notice and cookie notice.

9.Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are settled by the courts and enforcement offices at Akollo's registered seat.

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or to the postal address on our imprint page.
