Leadership & portfolio

See every project, then decide where your people go next

Health, progress, capacity and margin come from the work itself, not from slides put together the night before. Ask the assistant for the summary and keep the meeting for decisions.

How leadership teams run the portfolio in Akollo

Teams record their work once. You read the same records, rolled up, whenever you need them.

  1. Goals

Tie projects to the goals they serve

Each goal shows the progress and health of the work linked to it, so you see which priorities are moving and which are not.

  2. Projects

Read health from the teams, not from a deck

Leads publish On track, At risk or Off track with a short note, and are reminded when a project goes 14 days without an update.

  3. Resource planning

    See capacity across the company

Available and planned time for every team, week by week, before you say yes to the next project.

  4. Scenarios

Try a change before you make it

Move dates or people in a copy of the plan and see the effect. The live plan changes only when the scenario is applied.

  5. Budgets & profitability

    Check what each project earns

Cost, expenses, revenue and margin per project and department, month by month, from approved hours and rates.

The views leadership teams open before every review

Each one is built from the same records the teams work in, and shows only what your role allows.

All projects timeline

Every active project you can open on one time axis, with epics, milestones, sprints and a line for today.

  • Projects and epics as bars
  • Slipping milestones marked
  • Zoom by days or weeks

What you can see before the meeting starts

Each figure comes from records the teams already keep, and you see only the projects and people your role allows.

  • Project health

The latest status of every project with its author and date, and the risks with the highest scores.

  • Capacity across teams

Available against planned time per team and week. Unknown values are shown separately, never counted as zero.

  • Margin by project and department

What each project and department cost and earned, month by month, with hours that have no cost rate flagged.

Get the summary, keep the meeting for decisions

Akollo AI reads projects, capacity and reports within your permissions, and shows the sources behind every answer.

Akollo AI

Which projects need a decision at Monday's leadership meeting?

Two projects are At risk and one is Off track. The data centre move has missed two milestones. Here is a one-page brief with sources.

Try asking

Summaries state counted figures with their sources and never rank people. The assistant reads only what you could open yourself.

Questions leadership teams ask

Is there one view of every project?

Yes. The Projects timeline shows every active project you can open on one time axis, each project carries its latest health, and Insights reports health, budget and capacity across projects.

Can we try a change to the plan before committing to it?

Yes. A scenario is a copy of a project plan where you move dates or people and see the effect. The assistant can propose alternatives, and the live plan changes only when you apply one.

Does Akollo rank people by productivity?

No. Reports and summaries are built from approved totals and state counted figures with their sources. They never set people side by side or recommend a change about someone.

Can the figures go into our own BI tool?

Yes. Akollo publishes reporting datasets that Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio read with a read-only key or over SQL.

Can Akollo run on our own servers?

Yes. Akollo runs in our cloud, in your own cloud account or on your own servers, with the same product in each.
